Spinach Omelet | Baby Spinach Omelette

This omelet is made with eggs, baby spinach, green chili, cheese, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and onion powder. Serve it to others with bread and everyone will love it!

  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt or to Taste
  • 1 Cup Baby Spinach Leaves (Torn)
  • ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper or to Taste
  • 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
  • ½ Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Green Chili (Chopped)
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil


Make sure you have the following equipment before you start making spinach omelet:

  • Measuring Spoons

Steps to make Spinach Omelet:

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl; add spinach leaves, parmesan cheese, and stir well.
  2. Then, add onion powder, salt, black pepper, green chili and mix them.
  3. In a non-stick pan; heat olive oil on a medium flame, add omelet mixture, and spread it.
  4. Cook the egg mixture for 2-3 minutes, until partially set. Flip and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes until done.
