Banana milkshake is a perfect drink for all age groups. In this post, I will tell you how to make a banana shake. This is the recipe to make a yummy and thick banana milkshake. An easy milkshake you can make in minutes. This homemade shake is a perfect drink to serve the guests. Super delicious and yummiest, you are surely going to love it.

Before we move to the steps, let me tell you the tools/equipment and ingredients you will use.


  • 7-8 Almonds
  • 4-5 Dates
  • 3-4 Bananas
  • 2-3 Glass of Chilled Milk


Make sure you have the following equipment before you start making the banana shake:

  • Grinder/Blender Jar

Steps to Make Banana Milkshake:

  • Soak the almonds for 5-6 hours or overnight and freeze bananas.
  • Later, peel the frozen bananas, soaked almonds, and deseeded the dates.
  • Add the bananas, dates, almonds, and 2-3 glasses of milk to the blender jar and blend it.

Your yummy banana milkshake is ready. This recipe of banana shake with no sugar is perfect. Serve it chill and enjoy!


  • You can add sugar (to taste) instead of dates. I have used dates for natural sweetness. Dates are rich in iron and are good to improve health.
  • If you want to know the quickest way to make a banana milkshake, you can simply use the banana, sugar/dates, and milk. You can add these to a blender jar. There is no need to use soaked almonds or frozen bananas.
  • Frozen bananas are used to make the milkshake thick and creamy.
